NFRUG Terms of Lease
| 1. | Lease expires October 2012 but has renewal cluase. Negotiations underway |
| 2. | Use and enjoyment of the farm on public holidays and weekends subject to compliance with lease |
| 3. | Recreational use only for designated disciplines namely hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, dog sledding and picnicking |
| 4. | Biz Africa 1972 has no right of cession or sub let |
| 5. | Must pay for electricity and water used |
| 6. | Must act in such a way as to not vitiate JW'S insurance policies |
| 7. | Must comply with: - Environment conservation act 13 of 1989 - National environmental management no 107 of 1998 - National heritage resources act no 25 of 1999 |
| 8. | Must provide "controlled" access |
| 9. | Must have an active safety plan |
| 10. | Must supervise and monitor recreational activities |
| 11. | Maintain and nurture the nature reserve status of the premises |
| 12. | Keep the premises clean |
| 13. | Provide full co-operation to farm management |
